The Position

Able Australia is currently seeking an innovative and contemporary Chief Executive Officer to lead this growing organisation in the delivery of high quality programs and services to people living with disabilities.

Reporting to the Board and working alongside an established executive team, the CEO will lead operational and commercial activities and head an organisation experiencing change as it undertakes a range of significant projects related to the NDIS. Overseeing the design and implementation of a progressive business plan to secure an ambitious and sustainable future, the CEO will drive strategic change while delivering quality services.

You will be an established CEO or executive with demonstrated history of leading innovatively and taking a proactive and adaptive approach. You will be an advocate of allied health, aligned with the values of Able Australia, and able to drive pragmatic change. With a demonstrable capability to assess emerging trends and leverage opportunities, the successful candidate will possess exceptional advocacy and influencing skills, and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, including government. Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
